Email #7 "...we're all coping..."
Hi honey. I'm glad you guys are doing well. When I found out, I was sitting on the road waiting for transport to a bigger city, and I couldn't get a straight story and all they would say is that there were bombings in NY, DC and Boston, but they were clearly confused on the facts (they just heard Boston being mentioned because of the planes taking off, but it took hours of waiting for the driver to fix the tire and the crew to load sheep on the roof before I actually got anywhere that I could get the real story. That was scary, but then I got to talk with everyone and we're all coping. Right now there are only two volunteers that lost a loved one, both friends that worked in the WTC.

I have to run but I just wrote you a long letter that I hope to mail on monday. I miss you and love you and think about all of you guys all the time... especially now. And wish I could just give you all a big hug.
